I will start with the best part… the STAFF. They are very friendly and attentive. I was very satisfied with the service, from the people at the door, the front desk to the crew at the lounge bar and the dining room. They would go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. It is a brand new hotel so as expected everything is sparkling and shiny. It does not have the grand feel of other hotels like the Shangri-La with its massive chandeliers but Westin Manila suits me better. It has a classy and simple elegance about it. I love the overall organic look and feel of the interior, it reminds me of Scandinavian hotels. I also love the art pieces in the lobby. That BenCab painting and the glass piano sculpture did not go unnoticed. It’s a good place to stay at if you’re on a business trip around the Ortigas area. We were on a leisure trip and meeting friends around there and also in Quezon City. So it was convenient and we didn’t have to sit long in traffic. If you’re deciding whether to get the breakfast with your booking, take it! They have a good and delicious selection of Filipino and western food. The shopping malls Edsa Shangri-La, SM Megamall, and The Podium (all walking distance from the hotel) have a variety of dining options but they only open from 10am.

we had our staycation for my birthday celebration here. we've been in different deluxe hotel and westin manila is really exceptional! They gave us a room upgrade from King to a suite! It was spacious, complete amenities and very clean. As we check-in, we stayed at Westin club lounge, where they offered a lot of snacks, breads and refreshments. They also have Hors D'oeuvres where they offered hot meals for dinner, the food was great and they have unlimited cocktails and snacks. For breakfast, we had a buffet at Mezzanine. There are a lot options for breakfast that will keep you full for the whole day! And because we have an access to the club lounge, we stayed there in the morning for a cup of coffee and some fruits and bread. After we check-out, they offer us to stay at the club lounge and offers us fresh mango fruit and refresher. By the way, they also gave us free birthday. I can say that the money we've spent here is really worth it. From the place itself, it was comfortable and for the food, we were really overwhelmed with so many mouthwatering food option. I highly recommend The Westin Manila if you want to have a great staycation with your loved ones. 10 STAR for this hotel!! Best Service! Best Staff!!

Excellent service. I didn't feel like an ordinary employee just saving up to book a hotel with the family. The staff is very friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes are very smooth. We absolutely loved the pool area, and the kids had a great time. The facilities are nice and clean, and we appreciated the interior design and lighting. The bathroom is large and includes a bathtub. All complimentary items were refilled daily. The WiFi is strong. We will definitely return.

Aside from the room and the facilities my family truly enjoyed, the staff were helpful. There was no moment that the staff failed to greet or assist us in whatever way they could. The food was excellent. Special thanks to Reservations Supervisor Hany Jayco, who went out of her way to help us. Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing after going through some difficult times.

We had an issue with initial room given to us and the manager sir kristoff promptly solved our problem and even took care of us. Thank you to all the staff! The rooms are very beautiful and provides great comfort.

The hotel blends luxury and comfort. Its modern amenities, attentive staff, and relaxing ambiance make it a perfect holiday retreat in the city. I highly recommend booking rooms with the club lounge access.

It is always an enjoyable time to stay with family at Westin Manila. The rooms are very clean and the staff are personable. The seasons restaurant is also a good place for dining. It is our second stay and will keep coming back.
